Changzhou's Tianning District Launches Universal AI Night-School Training with 100,000-Attendance Three-Year Goal

Changzhou's Tianning District held a meeting on August 13 to advance AI night-school training for all, explaining its three-year action plan (2026–2028) and standards for recognizing model OPC communities. By 2028, it plans a cumulative 100,000 attendances in online and offline AI training and 300 in-person sessions, including 50 night-school sessions. Tianning is responsible for one-tenth of Changzhou's overall training target.

The plan will systematically strengthen AI application skills among civil servants, company employees, and community residents and provide policy and resources for regional deployment at scale. Government bodies, companies, communities, and schools gain more training opportunities. Its implementation model and quantified goals offer other regions a reference.
