Shenzhen's Dapeng New District Trains Cultural-Tourism Talent in 'AI + New Media' Skills

Dapeng New District in Shenzhen recently completed its 2026 'AI + New Media' skills course, organized by the district's United Front and Social Development Bureau, with attendance totaling more than 40. The two-day program combined theory and hands-on practice in AI copywriting, video editing, and other areas to move new-media operations toward smarter, more efficient methods.

The program directly improves local cultural-tourism promotion talent's ability to use AI and provides a vocational-training example, affecting regional talent supply and digitalization. Participants will apply AI to produce content more efficiently, which may change local social-media operations. The district plans to use employment-service centers and other venues to expand customized AI training.
