Haivivi Launches billyboo AI Plush Pendant Blind Box for Young Consumers

Haivivi launched billyboo, its first IP-based AI plush pendant blind box, on August 14. A single box costs RMB 99, and a full set contains six blind boxes. The product has long-term memory, and users can chat with characters and unlock storylines through the TapDoki app. TapDoki's first national store will open in Shenzhen's MixC Phase II, expanding the customer base from children to young adults.

The launch shows an AI education-product company extending interactive AI from children's education into collectible toys, potentially changing market boundaries and the user base. It offers a case for expansion into consumer AI hardware that may influence design. The pendant's interaction model could also be adapted for children's AI educational toys to make them more engaging.
