Ainocean and PTI Sign Pact for Educational AI Data Center and AI Tutor Expansion

On September 3, Ainocean signed a cooperation agreement with PTI in Paraguay to build an educational AI data center of up to 1 GW at PARKTEC NARANJAL PY. Its AI Tutor, already in public schools, aims to reach 280,000 students within three years.

This event links an AI education product with national infrastructure, potentially affecting AI education adoption in Paraguay and Latin America. The AI tutor serves as the first demand source for the data center, but outcomes remain unverified. Paraguayan students may receive personalized AI tutoring, pending pilot data.
