Shenzhen Baolong Street Launches AI Learning Workshop for Industrial Workers

A project jointly created by the Baolong Street New Social Stratum Association and the "AI Learning Workshop" has officially launched under the guidance of the Longgang District Federation of Trade Unions. From August to November, it plans to hold 9 lectures and 2 intensive co-creation workshops, serving more than 500 participants and covering more than 15 companies, with a focus on roles such as art operations and quality inspection teams.

This is a locally implemented AI skills training project jointly promoted by a grassroots trade union and a New Social Stratum Association, directly addressing industrial workers' anxiety about being replaced by AI and tying AI capabilities to specific roles such as art operations and quality inspection. For AI education product practitioners, it demonstrates a training model that uses real enterprise scenarios as an entry point for adult vocational groups; for schools and teachers, its tiered teaching and job case library approach can be transferred to vocational education. Currently only planned targets exist, with no independent evaluation data. Provides zero-foundation AI job skills training for industrial workers, covering more than 500 participants and more than 15 companies, directly expanding adult AI skills learning demand. Uses real production scenarios and a job case library as teaching carriers, offering a replicable scenario-based curriculum model for vocational education and AI training products.
