Jilin Province Public Resources Trading Center announced on August 19 that the bidding for Beihua University's AI course system and teaching resources project (software service) has been suspended. The project was originally scheduled to open on August 31, with procurement number JLSZC20260067201 and initial announcement on August 6. The new opening time will be announced later.
