Beijing Fengtai Launches City's First AI Future Learning Space Covering K-12 Labs and Future Classrooms
During the 2026 China International Fair for Trade in Services, the Beijing RISC-V Digital Infrastructure Innovation Center and Beijing Beinengda, a company in the Zhongguancun Fengtai Park, launched the city's first AI Future Learning Space at the education services exhibition area, presenting a complete EPC turnkey delivery. The space is built on the RISC-V open-source technology ecosystem and integrates domestic computing power into basic education teaching scenarios, creating two core teaching scenarios: a K-12 AI laboratory and a future classroom. The K-12 AI laboratory covers four teaching scenarios: labor and technology courses, AI interactive physics, chemistry and biology experiments, AI general courses, and embodied intelligence innovation.
The space packages domestic computing power, AI learning companion agents and an experiment scoring system into K-12 teaching scenarios and delivers them as an EPC turnkey solution, offering regional education systems a replicable procurement and construction path. For schools, flexible classroom reconfiguration and multi-purpose use reduce space renovation costs; for teachers, the AI teaching companion handles lesson preparation, homework grading and learning analytics. The original text does not provide the number of pilot schools, usage duration or learning outcome data, so actual teaching effectiveness still needs verification through subsequent public information. Schools can reference the EPC turnkey model to procure AI labs and future classrooms, reducing separate construction and integration costs. The teacher-side AI teaching companion takes over lesson preparation, homework grading and learning analytics, potentially changing teachers' daily administrative workload distribution.
