Chongqing's 15th Five-Year Employment Plan Sets Goals for AI Employment Services and Startup Support

The Chongqing Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau has issued its Human Resources and Social Security Development Plan for the 15th Five-Year Plan Period (2026–2030), making higher-quality, fuller employment its top task. The plan calls for at least 3.25 million new urban jobs over five years, no fewer than 750,000 attendances in subsidized vocational-skills training, broader 'AI + employment' services, and stronger entrepreneurship support in emerging fields including AI.
