FNU Contributes Pacific Perspective to UNESCO AI Education Guide

Fiji National University's National Training and Productivity Centre contributed Pacific knowledge to UNESCO's first practical guide on integrating AI into Technical and Vocational Education and Training. The achievement was announced at the 2026 National Conference on Information Technology on August 28, 2026. Fiji's Minister outlined 2030 digital targets including 80% digitalization of key government services and 40,000 ICT jobs. The conference theme focused on building a secure and trusted digital Pacific.
