Wuhan Optics Valley Launches FDE+Agent Training Program to Cultivate 1,000 AI Deployment Engineers

Wuhan East Lake High-tech Zone announced on August 28 the launch of the "FDE+Agent" training program to cultivate FDE talents who understand AI, scenarios, and implementation. The program is coordinated by the Science and Technology Innovation Bureau, led by the Open Source Fusion AI Research Institute, with participation from Alibaba Cloud, Tencent Cloud, and others. It offers three levels of training, with the junior level open to the public. The goal is to train 1,000 FDE talents and support 1,000 agent scenarios in three years.

This program directly addresses the pain points of enterprises that 'cannot use, dare not use, or use AI poorly' by cultivating FDE talents to bridge the gap between technical R&D and business implementation. For AI education product practitioners, it signals clearer talent standards and job requirements.
