iFlytek Signs AI Education Cooperation Memorandum with Macau St. Joseph's Diocesan College Fifth School
On September 30, iFlytek and Macau St. Joseph's Diocesan College Fifth School held a cooperation signing ceremony and an AI English smart classroom demonstration, signing cooperation documents to establish a partnership. During the event, teacher Wu Jiaying led a Grade 8 Class D class in an AI English demonstration lesson based on iFlytek's AI Listening and Speaking Classroom, where the system collected the whole class's voice data and intelligently analyzed each student's reading pronunciation. Zheng Xijie, Head of the Curriculum Development and Assessment Division of Macau's Education and Youth Development Bureau, iFlytek (Macau) Executive General Manager Xie Yu, and Principal Huang Jianmin attended.
This is a concrete event in which iFlytek signed cooperation documents with a named school in Macau and brought a classroom demonstration on site, with education authority officials present, indicating that AI speech assessment products are entering real English teaching scenarios in a Macau secondary school. For AI education product practitioners, the case offers a reference for deploying a loop of voice data collection, pronunciation recognition, and classroom feedback in an overseas school; for schools and teachers, the cooperation scope is currently described only as continued exploration in classroom teaching, learning assessment, and teaching innovation, with no quantitative teaching-effect data yet. Macau St. Joseph's Diocesan College Fifth School will introduce iFlytek's smart education resources, giving teachers class voice response data and feedback on common pronunciation problems to adjust teaching priorities. iFlytek gains a cooperation case with a named secondary school in Macau, and the reach of its AI Listening and Speaking Classroom product in the overseas basic education market may expand accordingly.
