Jiangmen Xinhui Holds AI Management Innovation Training for Enterprises

On August 28, the Human Resources and Social Security Bureau of Jiangmen and Xinhui District held a training class on AI-era enterprise management innovation for HR managers and other management staff. The training focused on applying AI large models in management mechanism innovation and talent development. This year, the district has conducted 10 special trainings covering about 500 employees.

This training is part of a government-led initiative to improve digital skills of enterprise talent, directly targeting management staff. It aims to integrate AI tools into human resource management, enhancing managers' practical AI capabilities and potentially influencing the adoption of AI education products in corporate training. The subsequent four training sessions will expand coverage, providing channels for AI education products. Participating managers will gain practical AI tool skills, potentially driving internal AI adoption. The upcoming digital skills training series will cover more employees, expanding the market for AI education in enterprises.
