In July 2026, at the Nansonghu AI Bay conference in Kunshan, joint graduate training bases with 8 universities including Shanghai Jiao Tong University, 11 partner funds, and AI computing power and embodied intelligence industry chain projects were signed. The AI Bay Innovation Development Alliance was also established, with the Kunshan AI Concept Verification Center of Shanghai Zuquan Innovation Transformation Research Institute and the Kunshan Embodied Intelligence Scenario Innovation R&D Base landing, clarifying an 8-square-kilometer industrial layout.

The concentrated signing of joint graduate training bases means AI talent cultivation is beginning to bind to specific industrial carriers, with training direction, practical scenarios, and employment outlets determined by the park's industry chain, which will change the training conditions and talent supply structure for AI-related graduate students at participating universities.
