Nanjing Employment and Entrepreneurship Forum Holds AI Office Training Session in Qixia

The 13th session of the 2026 Nanjing Employment and Entrepreneurship Forum was held at Xingzhi Science and Technology Park under the theme "AI Reshaping Efficiency: Innovative Practices in Efficient Office Work." The event used a combined offline presentation and online livestream format and drew more than 100 participants, including university students, entrepreneurs, enterprise staff and flexible workers. Dr. Guan Yunfang covered large model fundamentals and application scenarios across four dimensions, and demonstrated prompt writing, intelligent text generation and AI collaborative office techniques. The event was guided by the Nanjing Human Resources and Social Security Bureau and co-hosted by the municipal vocational training center and the Qixia District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau.

This publicly organized employment training led by a local human resources and social security bureau brings AI office skills into the public employment and entrepreneurship service system, directly affecting local students' and job seekers' access to AI tools and offering a model for linking AI skills training with internship and subsidy policies. For AI education product providers, public training channels may become a new entry point for tool promotion and course procurement. Only a single session has been reported, and there is no public data on participation scale, follow-up sessions or training outcomes, so whether it becomes a regular mechanism remains to be seen.
