Mentougou District Launches Industry Internship Program at NCUT AI and Computer College

On August 24, the launch ceremony of the industry internship and practical training program of the School of Artificial Intelligence and Computer Science at North China University of Technology was held at Jingxi Zhigu. The program is guided by the Beijing Association for Science and Technology Innovation Service Center and hosted by the school, Beijing Ascend Innovation Artificial Intelligence Co., Ltd., and Beijing Zhigu Chuangxiang Enterprise Incubator Co., Ltd. It focuses on cultivating practical AI talent through a three-stage curriculum, assignment submission rules, and project defense.

This is a practical training project jointly carried out by a local industry-education integration platform, a university AI school, and enterprises, directly targeting practical AI talent cultivation and involving curriculum design, enterprise participation, and project defense arrangements. For universities, such training provides an industry-scenario practice path for AI students; for AI education product practitioners, enterprise lecturers participating in course explanations and reviews means industry-side talent standards are more directly involved. Public information currently covers only the launch ceremony and curriculum framework, with no data on student numbers, training outcomes, or follow-up evaluation.
