Qlik and ICT Academy Renew Partnership to Train One Million More Learners in Data and AI

Qlik and ICT Academy have renewed their partnership to provide data literacy, analytics and artificial intelligence training to one million additional students and educators across India. The partnership has so far reached more than 200,000 students and educators. The next phase will work with universities and colleges to integrate data literacy, analytics, data integration and AI into curricula, while expanding hands-on learning programmes and certification pathways.

This is a scaled talent-development move linking a technology vendor with India's higher-education system, directly affecting data and AI curriculum supply, educator training and student employment skill pathways. For AI education product providers, it shows that curriculum integration and certification systems are becoming channels for companies entering the education market. The original text provides no independent evaluation of training outcomes, employment rates or course quality, so whether the scale target is met still needs monitoring. Indian universities can embed data literacy, analytics and AI courses into existing teaching, broadening skills coverage. Participating students and educators gain access to certification pathways, but actual learning outcomes and employment conversion lack independent data.
