Xiong'an AI Training Base Begins Operations Across All Levels of Talent Development

The Xiong'an AI Training Base officially began operations on August 6. The 70,000-square-meter facility joins a research institute, industrial park, and public R&D platform in a four-part ecosystem. Focused on real industry needs, real-job practice, and market-based operations, it uses an 'operating company + training base + talent academy' model and works with leading companies to develop multidisciplinary talent with both algorithmic and product-operations expertise.

The base directly addresses the mismatch between supply and demand for AI talent. Its industry-education model could affect how quickly and effectively people are trained and support Xiong'an as an AI-native city. It will provide companies with talent trained to order, shorten new hires' adjustment periods, connect university research with front-line industry needs, and advance industry-education integration.
