Xuhui HR Bureau and Shanghai Jiao Tong University Launch FDE AI Talent Training Program
On September 8, 2026, the “Advanced Training Program on AI Frontier Deployment and Industrial Implementation,” a key project of Shanghai’s professional and technical talent knowledge renewal program, opened at the School of Continuing Education of Shanghai Jiao Tong University. Organized by the Xuhui District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau with Shanghai Jiao Tong University, the three-day program targets mid- and senior-level technical professionals, corporate R&D staff, and technical managers in AI, the digital economy, smart manufacturing, and smart services across Shanghai and the Yangtze River Delta. Courses cover large-model frontier deployment (FDE) technology and practice, AI security and data compliance governance, and AI scenario applications, and include a field study visit to DeepBlue Technology.
The program targets FDE frontier deployment engineers, an in-demand industry role, and directly addresses the gap between AI research and industrial deployment, including compliance capabilities, giving it observable value as a model for AI talent standards and industry-education integration.
