EDHEC Launches Me, Myself and AI Bootcamp for All 700 Pre-Master's Students

EDHEC Business School in France launched its Me, Myself and AI bootcamp in January 2026 for all 700 of its pre-master's students, taught by 14 instructors from different disciplines and requiring students to keep handwritten journals reflecting on how they learn and use AI. The school's AI Centre, founded in 2024, is organized around three pillars: integrating AI across the curriculum, researching its impact on education and human cognition, and building outreach and community.

This case offers a concrete example of embedding AI literacy across a business school through curriculum redesign, faculty development and student reflection, relevant to schools, teachers and product practitioners focused on AI talent development and course design. The direct effects are that students must reflect on AI use without technology and instructors must teach across disciplines; the limitation is that the account comes from the school itself, with no independent research or quantitative results on learning outcomes. Business schools can embed AI literacy across all pre-master's courses rather than offering specialized courses only to elective students. Instructors need cross-disciplinary collaboration and AI upskilling, shifting course design from tool instruction toward judgment and ethical reflection.
