Guangdong and Yangxi Senior Science Associations Hold Business AI Training on Writing, Data, and Images

On August 21, the Guangdong and Yangxi senior science and technology associations led a business-focused AI public-education workshop, co-organized with the Yangxi hat and bag industry association, Postal Savings Bank of China's Yangxi branch, and the county e-commerce association. Ge Bin, a member of the provincial science lecture group and a senior engineer at South China University of Technology's university for older adults, taught the course. It covered AI principles, hands-on cases, SOP prompt writing, copywriting, data processing, and image generation. Participants came from banking, hat and bag, e-commerce, and agricultural-processing companies; the source did not report attendance, duration, or assessment results.

The workshop applies AI literacy to prompts, writing, data, and image-processing tasks across several Yangxi industries, including the local hat and bag sector. Reporting records the organizers, curriculum, and participant feedback but provides no data on company adoption, efficiency changes, or digital-transformation outcomes. Representatives from banking, hat and bag manufacturing, e-commerce, and agricultural processing received hands-on instruction for everyday business tasks.
