STEMLearn.AI Launches GLF AI Olympiad 2026 for Grades 3 to 10 in India
STEMLearn.AI co-founder Praveen Gadelli said in an interview that the GLF AI Olympiad 2026 was launched on 28 August at the IIT Bombay campus for students in Grades 3 to 10, offering grade-specific prep books, access to the STEMLearn.AI learning platform, sample papers, mock tests and personalised learning support. Registrations opened from 15 September 2026, and top performers move on to SparkX, a national AI challenge built with Techfest, IIT Bombay. The company is also providing the SparkX AI Challenge platform through the Level-1 AI Olympiad exam to 100,000 government school students of Uttar Pradesh under an MoU.
The event shows India's AI education shifting from curriculum frameworks toward deployable learning resources and competition pathways, with a company supplying prep books, an LMS and an olympiad platform alongside school teaching. For schools, this offers practice and assessment tools beyond the curriculum; for students, the competition pathway may broaden participation. However, the source provides no actual participation numbers, learning outcomes or platform usage data, so the impact still needs observation. Schools can obtain prep books, sample papers and mock tests aligned with the CBSE curriculum to supplement classroom AI teaching. Students in Grades 3 to 10 can gain AI practice and assessment opportunities beyond the classroom through the olympiad and SparkX challenge.
