Sikkim's Higher Education wing and Google signed a Statement of Intent on October 6, 2026 to train faculty across 15 Higher and Technical Government Colleges and Khangchendzonga State University. The training uses the Google AI Educator Series and focuses on practical use of AI tools in teaching, lesson planning and academic administration. Education Minister Raju Basnet chaired the meeting at Tashiling Secretariat in Gangtok, with officials and Google representatives present.

The Georgian Artificial Intelligence Association (GAIA) and TBC launched the National AI Literacy Project in Georgia, implemented with the Ministry of Education, Science and Youth of Georgia. In the first half of 2026, the pilot ran in 12 schools across four regions with nearly 200 students.
