China Telecom Huaihua Trains Headquarters and 12 County Branches on TeleAgent for a Third Time
China Telecom's Huaihua branch organized its third recent company-wide hands-on TeleAgent training, covering on-duty employees from headquarters departments and 12 county branches. The format was learn in the morning, build in the afternoon, and produce work the same day. Topics included account operations, document drafting, Excel analysis, presentation creation, scenario practice, and security and compliance. Training combined lectures, demonstrations, paired exercises, and work reviews, with participants completing role-specific tasks. The company also selected digital-capability leaders, said it would track usage, and plans to promote TeleAgent to customers after internal use.
The workshop covers headquarters and 12 county branches and combines tool instruction, role-specific practice, work reviews, and talent selection. Current reporting mainly documents the activity and gives no participant count, quality assessment, actual usage frequency, or efficiency results. Employees practiced documents, spreadsheets, presentations, and information organization. Selected participants may receive advanced training and join provincial research projects and skills competitions.
